    I am writing this letter on behalf of Tina Belazeros who I am fortunate to know and had the pleasure to train with. I also entrusted her with a training program for my 14 year old daughter whose goals were to get stronger and faster on the softball field.

    Tina was able to help her develop muscle, strength, and an understanding of what exercises help each muscle. In addition Tina educated us both on the proper nutrition and balance to optimize each workout and performance. While training with Tina I was able to gain muscle tone and strength as well as achieve my goals of proper technique while weight training.

    During the time that my daughter trained with Tina ,2-3 times weekly, she was also able to increase her muscle, gain speed while running home to first, overall speed to raise her game, and increase bat speed due to upper body strength and power through her legs. The core strength training also helped us both with more balance and stability during our workouts.

    In addition Tina is very pleasant and provided a very comfortable environment for us both during our sessions. She is very detailed and knowledgable in all aspects of her craft. We both learned from our experience and are truly sad that she is moving area.

    Tina would be an outstanding and welcoming addition to any program or training facility and we highly recommend her expertise and guidance to any individual or environment looking to improve and enhance their training program on every level. Her attention to detail and overall knowledge of exercise, weight and core training and nutrition can not be matched. We are going to miss her.

    I am writing this letter of recommendation for Tina Belazeros. I have known Tina and worked
    with her at the YMCA of Greater Birmingham for over 3 years. Tina worked on our team as a
    Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer at the YMCA.

    Tina has a strong passion for health and fitness. Her classes were always well attended and
    professionally executed. She had a consistent following for her Strength and HIIT classes, as
    well as her personal training clients. Tina does a great job of effectively leading, motivating and
    coaching others of all fitness levels in her classes. Tina was always very dependable, timely and
    subbed for others often. She came “prepared” for her classes.

    Tina took the time to spend with members coming and going from the YMCA. She understands
    the importance of building community and encouraging others to be the healthiest they can be.
    For these reasons, I recommend Tina for any position of leadership in the health and fitness
    industry and believe she would be a valuable asset to any organization fortunate enough to
    have her on their team.

    I was a dancer in my formative years and have a career in the medical field… its safe to say I knew what exercise was supposed to be and the importance of good nutrition but in 37 years I never found a useful way to apply them to my life. Working out with Tina changed all of that! I began bi weekly sessions training with her in 2019, she had to teach me the basics: how to do proper push-ups, lunges, squats, everything. She never got frustrated with me and she started pushing me on day 1. She was always willing to work around my crazy work/family schedule to make sure I stayed consistent. Only two months in and I was amazed at the changes I could see in my body. The sessions are always tailored to me and always different. She showed me the joy in exercise and that I deserved to put energy into myself. Because of her I am now that person who loves working out! We continued our workouts for 3 more years and now that I am almost 40 I can honestly say I have never felt as good about myself and my body. I have Tina to thank for it!

    I HIGHLY recommend personal training with Tina! It doesn’t matter if you are a former athlete, recovering from injuries, just looking to fill out your swim suit better this summer, or someone like me who has never picked up a weight in your life. The wealth of knowledge she has at her fingertips and the attention to detail is unmatched in any other workout program you could find. She will get you to your goals in no time and help you set new ones!

    Seven years ago my wife suffered a traumatic brain injury after falling down the stairs in our home. We have spent thousands of dollars on physical rehabilitation and speech therapy. Being frustrated with physical rehabilitation after a couple of years. My wife deteriorated to the extent she could not safely walk without a walker or assistance. I posted on the Nextdoor app for a personal trainer who could come to my home. Tina responded and after an interview we hired her. That was 15 months ago, it turned out to be the best decision of her rehabilitation. Tina has been working with her, one on one, three times a week with unbelievable results. She is now walking with no assistance and doing light house work.

    I have been working with Tina twice a week for about 4 months now. I have lost some weight and put on muscle. My progression photos are inspiring. Her knowledge about fitness and how the human body works is impressive. She really cares about doing movements correctly, while explaining the reasons why and how they are effective. This way you get the most out of every exercise. Her training style is challenging and fun at the same time. If your struggling, she will help in anyway possible to get you to your goal or even get through that last rep. Her personality, positive attitude and kind heart make her a pleasure to be around. She is the best trainer I have ever had!

    My name is Tara and I am the Manager of Finest Fitness in Patchogue, N.Y. I had the absolute pleasure of having Tina Belazeros on my staff this past year. She brought new life into our Group Fitness and Boxing/Kickboxing programs, as well as greatly increasing the quality of our Personal Training program. Through leading by example, she has also inspired the other Personal Trainers and Class Instructors to step up their game.

    Tina is not only one of the best Instructors/Trainers I have ever worked with, but she is also a wonderful person and worker. She would stop what she was doing at any time to help others; whether it be to run to the desk & answer the phone, making protein shakes, giving tours, or helping with desk paperwork.

    I had the pleasure of knowing Tina over a year and was very sad to learn she was leaving our gym. I first met her on the floor through my own personal trainer Dave who managed the trainers. He raved about her and I noticed her interaction with her clients plus her own personal time worked out.
    One day in one of the classes I took there she was. She was filling in for the regular woman who ran the class. Much to my delight she brought a whole new flavor and energy to the class. She was fun yet she worked you. And, fortunately, got to take a couple of more classes. I talked to her every week as I waited for my trainer and was very impressed with how intelligent and well-grounded she was.

    What I liked also about her was her commitment to her craft. Even though she was certified she still continued to take classes in training and, later, to my disbelief on her own dime. She was not one to rest on her laurels as believe me so many do as she constantly strives to give her very best to her clients.

    So while it’s sad for us to say goodbye to this dynamo, it will be someone else’s luck wherever she lands as they will be very lucky to have her. So I would highly recommend her.

    I have only been working with Tina the past two months and during this time I could already see a change in my flexibility, stamina and muscle gain. I found her approach very encouraging and motivating.
    Tina knows her craft very well and is very passionate in making sure her clients are not only performing the exercise correctly but more importantly making sure they are having fun too!
